6/10/22 COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION – A complaint was filed by one of our members in the FM 405 area stating that the water was a rusty brown color, very silty with high amounts of settable solids. They stated it often has a strong sulfur odor. RESULT OF THE INVESTIGATION – The investigator from TCEQ stated that her bucket test was CLEAR with NO ODOR or Taste. The Pressure Reading was well over 100 PSI. Free Chlorine was around 1.15mg/l . She concluded this complaint was closed and therefore our water quality was cleared.
